8GB Sticks for GA-Z68XP-UD3P

I'm planning on buying a Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P board for general use and video editing.

The memory QVL doesn't list any 8GB sticks. I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on what particular ones would be likely to work with this board.

Before everyone tells me not to do it because it's a bad idea, please wait. I do know the drawbacks, but I'd like to price out the option anyway.

If you know what might work with this board, or better if you've used 8GB sticks with the same board, I'd be grateful to hear about it.

I agree with the Corsair Vengeance but I opted for a slightly different model:

It's 8GB, only a few dollars more and have an extreme profile that runs them at 1866 instead of 1600. I got two sets for 16GB and they work fine in my new Z68XP-UD4 at that speed.
