New 2500k build

Here is my proposed build. I wanted the ASRock p67 Extreme4 but I can't locate one at a reasonable price in Canada.

Case - Antec 300
M/B - Asus P8p67 Pro
Ram - Patriot G2 Series Division 2 4GB 2X2GB PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 9-9-9-24
PSU - Antec 650 Tripower
GPU - MSI GTX560 Ti
CPU - 2500k
CPU Cooler CM Hyper 212
