Keyboard has stopped working on my pc

Hello,
I have just replaced my pc power supply as the old one was making too much noise due to dust build up. I have plugged everything back in the normal places but somehow my keyboard and mouse are not working so I cannot log in to windows as I have a password... What might be the problem?

where are they connected to? PS/2 port or a USB port? try connecting to either and see if it works.
