Hi sir,

my system audio is working only 10 to 15 mins. after that no audio sounds are coming. if I Restart the

computer then again 10 to 15 mins audio is working. if i want to listen music then i restart my computer every 15 mins

what is my system problem? please give me a solution.

Dear kind sir,

This is assuming you have an onboard sound card in your pc: (onboard means it is part of your motherboard and not a seperate card.)

Possible Solution 1: Probably installing new audio drivers for your motherboard will resolve the issue. Find out what motherboard you have, and download the sound drivers for it.

Possible Solution 2: buy a cheap replacement sound card that slots into a port on your motherboard. Install it and use that instead of onboard.

Possible Solution 3: (Re)Install direct-X

Other options to consider....

1. A software conflict between your audio drivers and another driver or security software (AV, firewall, etc)
2. Something else running in background kicking off the audio

To test these, try starting in safe mode.. if no sound that way, then it's probably hardware. If you have sound fine for more than your current time frame, then it's probably software...

Before spending possibly hours in diagnosing it... if it turns out to be software.... it might be worth reinstalling Windows OS, drivers, etc.. and your software... sounds like a pain, but for most people it's nowhere near as tough as you would imagine... just back-up your data first..
