I'm building a system for 3D animation and render, and although i know that Quadros/Firepros are the intended ones for such purposes, but for the price of one quadro, i can get a 2x/3x SLI/crossfire system of the equivalent non professional cards, wouldn't this setup give me an overall similar performance with 3D CG/CAD than the single quadro? Also considering that the SLI configuration would boost the general use of the workstation... Opinions and responses would be very much appreciated
