Core 2 duo T6600 vs i3-330M vs i3-350M vs i5-430M

i want to buy a laptop for surfing purpose and moderate gaming experience..is the core2duo performance enough for my needs or i need an core ix series.

what is the technical advancement that intel has made in the ix series other than the core2duo and the quadcore series

Even for moderate gaming of modern games you still need i3 at least combined with a good mobile gpu.
