What should I look for when buying a motherboard

Hello, I am deciding on a decent motherboard to hook up with an Intel i5-2300 socket 1155. I want to make sure I know what I am purchasing prior to doing so. What is a good intel motherboard (around $130 or less) that would suffice an i5-2300? Also, what exactly is Intel turbo boost technology and do I need a motherboard that supports turbo boost? Additionally, if I ever want to upgrade to an i5-2500k, do I need a motherboard that supports Intel K-Series unlocked CPU?

I have already purchased an i5-2300 for $150, so going for a 2500k would need more than $40.

Yes, it is my favorite out of the bunch too, the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3.

People like this mobo, I build 1 PC with it and no problems so far.

Install went fine including all the drivers and updates and it is probably the best budget mobo for the gamer's out there.
