9600GT temperature problem

Hello,
I need help with I think is my video card Galaxy Ge Force 9600.
My Monitor goes black while watching recorded TV shows thru XP media center. Vidio card is less than a year old running on a Dell 410EXPS machine. I have to do a hard reset and everything comes back fine. it only goes black during TV viewing. could it be my TV tunner? Need to test some how to find problem..

Use GPU-Z to see if temperature is the problem.
