Clone Labs: Do these no longer exist? They aren't listed in Tim's help files
and they don't show up in my raceview as a device for the EE.

Mind Crusher: Tim's help docs say that the EE have a mind crusher, but again
my raceview does not show any of their ships with a mind crusher.
