Hello,
I recently bought a ZT desktop with Windows 7 that came with a GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 graphics card. so far none of my games/applications will read evena fair graphics setting. I have fully updated the graphics card driver and installed all neccesary software.

You are using what's referred to as an "Integrated Graphics Card" (the 'video card' is built into the motherboard). These are WORTHLESS for playing games. They were not intended for 3D gaming performance, but were intended for smooth desktop applications (email, internet, accounting software, office programs, etc).

If you wish to play video games then you should purchase and install a "Discrete Graphics Card". This essentially means you install a part into your computer that does all the 3D rendering so your processor (CPU) doesn't have to do so.
