I am currently upgrading my old belkin wireless g router to a new version, my requirements are fairly simple:

Gigabit ethernet
802.11n 2.4ghz wireless (would be more tempted to get a dual band version but have no 5ghz supported devices)
usb hdd input (not a deal breaker)

I have narrowed it down to a few different routers but feel free to suggest another option I may have missed.

Belkin N+ F5D8235-4

Asus RT-N16

Linksys WRT320N (no usb but does have the option of 5ghz support but not dual band simultaneously)

All of these routers are round the same price in New Zealand so really comes down to performance as they offer similar features as well.

Thanks in advance

Solution
1.TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
2.RT-N16
3.WRT160NL
All of these routers support custom firmware which is very important.
TP-LINK is very good, meets all of yours requirements and price is super low ;)

Thanks for that, checked out the tp-link router and looks awesome and almost half the price of the ones I was looking at! Just ordered it so hopefully it works out and I dont brick it when flashing custom firmware.
