With the lowest lineup standing on its own two feets against previous generation then i think its fairly safe to say these things are built for only power in mind rather than budget
The answer is simple real servers cant really have desktop cpus placed inside them.They have different tasks therefore created differently.

just hard to get a grasp on what's happening between consumder and business models.... not even sure one can compare the two with any kind of consistency.
