EDIT: The mobo I put was the wrong one, fixed.

That's a good start. The power supply, even though it says it is SLI ready, won't have the watts if you ever want to add another 560. Shoot for 750W or more on the PSU with around 56A on the 12Vrail minimum.

Also, I didn't see a hard drive. Go for Western Digital Black edition. Capacity and number are up to you. Possibly consider an SSD for your boot/OS drive.

Other than that, nice setup!
