Pegatron M2N78-LA motherboard replacement?

Hello,
I have an HP Pavillion p6310y, w/ Pegatron M2N78-LA mobo. The mobo has died.
Which mobo would I use for replacement? An increase in graphics, and power would be a nice addition.

Thank you for your replies. I am not sure about trying to upgrade the unit, and may just get another computer. Maybe I'll try to find a similar mobo, and just bring it back to life rather than try expensive upgrades.
