HAF 932. CPU cooler is needed for OCing the CPU, regular operation then no.

If you're doing intense gaming, I would recommend an aftermarket cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212+. It's under $30 on Amazon with free shipping and does a great job, especially for the price. If you decide on OCing later, it can go to 4.6GHz+ with a second fan (comes with the brackets for 2 fans).

Either case is an excellent choice. Both have great cooling so just buy the one you like best.
