Budget Range: $600-800 after rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: 3D work/Game design (Maya, Unity, Photoshop), Gaming (Borderlands, ), dual monitor multi-tasking.

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, speakers, OS (Windows 7 Home Premium) monitor(LG W2353V), PSU ( Corsair GS600), GPU (EVGA gtx460 SC)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com, but I'm not picky.

Country of Origin: United States, (San Francisco, CA)

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU

Overclocking: Not planning on overclocking myself

SLI or Crossfire: Would like to be able to SLI another GTX 460 eventually, will do it in this build if I can afford it...But not a huge priority

Additional Comments: Looking for reliable PC that can handle school work (Game Design major), PC Gaming (aka research! :D ), browsing the internet, and watching movies.
