TIM: quick build/minister for fighters and forming wings

Would it be possible to add a quick build like function for fighters
and for
forming fighters wings. It takes ages to build under the parts and
then
still launch when playing middle to end games on LARGE maps with lots
of
bases.

Have you tried building wings and using a ship set to replenish?
