Troubleshooting asus pk5 deluxe motherboard

Have an ASUS PK5 DELUXE Motherboard for 5 years and suddenly the board will not boot. Switched Video Cards and Disk controller Cards. Bios will recognize when memory or CPU is removed on boot. Checked voltages of Power Supply, seems to be Mothboard issue how do I know for sure?

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.

Yes, I did forget to mention that I reset the CMOS as described in the motherboard manual. I am just trying to get any response from the BIOS on reboot. In addition, no other cards are installed on the buss but the video card which I have tried two.
