Intel / Corsair 'dream' PC - < $2000

Hey everybody, I want to make it quick so I'll just put my idea out there and let you critique it.
CPU: Intel core i7 2600K or i5 2500K ($370 or $270)
MB: Asus P8P67 Deluxe ($310)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz CL8 ($180)
GPU: GTS250 - GTX580 (600$) [will use the GTS250 from old build and buy a GTX580 down the road]
PSU: Corsair HX-850w ($210)
CASE: Corsair 650D ($280)
SC: Creative Sound-Blaster Audigy Value ($35)
Watercooling: XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 ($150), Dual Gelid Wing 12 - UV Blue ($40), Thermochill EC6 - UV Blue ($20)
HDD: Corsair 60GB SSD ($140), Samsung Spinpoint F3 ($50)
Fan Controller: Scythe Kaze Master ACE ($50)

2/ Im sorry to say to "intelenthusiast" or whatever your name is - but your 'master plan' is totally out of reach and I would not fall for your crappy marketing even if I had the money. I am a young (13 y/o) PC enthusiast with ~1.9K to spend on a PC for video compression/gaming and spending $400-500+ so I BOOT FASTER is just an absolute DOGSH*T idea. If I had ANY additional cash it would go straight to the purchase of a GTX580 - not a SSD that would just be an attempt to give me a massive E-peen.
