Asrock MB Usb Problem

Hey guys, ok so i just brought a new MB CPU and RAM i got

ASrock 970 Extreme3
AMD fx-8120
and 2*4 gigs of DDR3 1333

the problem im facing is the USB keyboard work prefectly in the bios and so does my mouse but the minute i try to launch windows i get the start windows normaly or lauch repair tool. i need to select start windows as there isnt an issue with my windows but i cant select it as my keyboard doesnt want to work it wont work when im trying to run the MB drivers disk either as it ask me to press the keyboard to accept somthing but i cant do so, if anyone has a fix it would be amazing thanks

Make sure u are using the USB2 ports. Try another one.

Make sure it is enabled in the BIOS.

ive tried every USB port on my mb and my case, and its all been enabled in the bio's i was lucky enought to borrow a ps/2 keyboard from my IT teacher and im going to try it when i get home.

Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.

I did reset the bios using the cmos jumper but no luck
