Help Recommend a Motherboard Please.

I have got this Set-up which i believe is a Great Gaming Setup, i just need a Motherboard. I was thinking of a Range of 50-90$, if possible for a Good board.

If you want to overclock your processor, you should think about getting that one:

And BTW, Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB is a very slow hard drive...

Is Seagate that slow? Almost everyone has recommended me that Hard Drive. Since i will not be OC, what Mobo would be great, looking for a decent priced one, i dont think i can spend close to 200$ on one lol.
