Looking for CPU fan, need advice

Hello, im looking for a CPU fan thats extremely quiet, especially when gaming, and keeps CPU cool, and good priced, dont got loads to spend so let try n go for cheaper if possible lol. Plz n Thnx!!

Many of the 4 pin 120mm heatsinks work fine, including the hyper 212. The best way to control fan speed is by using the smartfan settings in the motherboard bios. If your board is fairly new, you should find them and check the settings first. Some zalman heatsinks come with an rpm adjuster if your board is old.
