Cant find HID !! ERROR SHOWS WHEN I INSTALL usb PORT dRIVERS

when I install The USB port driver from CD then Eroor Show cant find HID
Pls tell how i install the driver i dont able to connect anything in my laptops pls help me thenks

what CD are you talking about?
are you trying to install a device?
what device?
