I have HP530 CoreDuo notebook which ofcourse has 2 processors. i have been using

I am seeking solution for my problem as i may not b able to show my laptop to some technician.

the problem is that i have hp530 notebook which ofcourse has two processors. i have been using win7 os by God i many time saw two processor graphs in Task Manager but today i observed there is only graph and in view menu the option to show one or two graphs is already dead. now i want to know what is wrong? please help me out.

Run msconfig (type it into the Search box). Go to Boot->Advanced Options and check whether Number of Processors is set to 1 for some reason.
