GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB

I have been looking at this graphic card and known a few people that like it. However, is it worth it...? I was wondering if any one had input or suggestions. thanks

The link you added is for a 550W power supply
  2. Your link leads to a Power Supply... But getting to the point, The GTX 460 1GB has good reviews and Performance/Price ration is also good. But it depends on what your requirements are.
  3. For that price range the GTX 460 was the only choice as it had no real competitor and was an excellent card. You cannot go wrong with a card like that, however, AMD have released the 6850 which is also an excellent card, both are great choices, I believe the 6850 is more powerful, but ultiamtely it comes down to brand preference with these cards I guess
  4. The 460 1 GB card is very good in terms of price and performance. :)

    really it goes 460 SE < 460 768 meg < 6850 < 460 < 6870

the se and the 768 meg trade blosw but the se is a crippled chip so unless the ram matters the 768 wins

the gtx 560's are supposed to be here around the end of the month so expect prices to drop on the 460 while supplies last btu the 560 might blow the 460 out of the water for a good price point as well so i'd wait and see unless you need a new gpu NOW and can' wait a few weeks
