CORSAIR hydro H50 question.

Not saying i am going to try this or anything but would it be effective to put the radiator in a Freezer or refrigerator outside the computer. Like would it work or just completely fail?

It might drop the temps just a little but it takes a lot of engineering to properly do a chiller type setup. On an H50 it would not be worth the trouble.

yeah +1, its not worth the hassle, it should be cool enough with the H50 setup properly, use push pull fans

or or, just put the whole pc and gaming set up in a freezer, also put your gaming chair in there so you can sit in it, this is for sure the most effective method of playing games at cool temps, just wear something warm

I use H50 with push pull config inside my case...temp never goes over 44C at full load. Running my i5 2500k at 4.5GHz with 1.28v core voltage, my mobo is Asus Sabertooth P67 B3 (sexy beast)

Well ya i have a contac 30 and i dont hit 52c under 100% i have a AMD X4 955 black edition Overclocked to 4.2Ghz i just wanted to see what better temps i would get with the hydro 50
