can i install windows server 2007 on i3 processor?
if yes then which 32-bit or 64-bit version...?

I don't think there is any windows server 2007. There is however server 2008 and your CPU is definitely compatible with it. Just make sure your motherboard and video card have the appropriate drivers.

Hopefully, XP drivers will work with Windows 2003 Server.

It really comes down to the board. The new boards that support our Intel® Xeon® E3-12XX processors should also support the Intel Core™ i3-2120, i3-2105, i3-2100, and i3-2100T and the Intel Pentium® G850, G840, G620, and G620T. These boards will also support Windows Server 2008.

You can install Windows server 2008 x32 or x64 on an i3, its a 64bit chip so I would recommend x64 unless you have a need to run x32 but you will limit your memory utiliziation to 4GB on standard. 2008 R2 is only available in the 64bit flavor.

The short answer is yes.
