Ok i was hooking up my new mobo

Hello,

as the title says i was hoking up my new Sabertooth 990FX to my new RV03 case a noticed that i can not find an internal speaker wire to connect to the mobo. anyone familer with the RV03 and if it has a internal error speaker or do i need to buy one.

This is common, not to worry. You don't really need a speaker, although it can come in handy when troubleshooting. If you'd like to have one, here's an inexpensive one:
