why microprocessor is hot on the motherboard

because it generates heat, why is a microprocessor used in the t 16 terminator

The processor has several hundred million circuits all using electricity and therefore generating heat. Alot of heat.
If your processor is overheating your need to check into the cpu cooler. make sure it is clean, the fan is spinning properly, and reapply new thermal paste.
