I was looking at the ASRock P67 Extreme4 but since no one was selling it, I went with the

^That's become kind of the default option, as it's the on that's most likely in stock. The only other one that I've seen floating around is the Asus P8P67 Pro. Though, if you're waiting a few weeks (a.k.a. April), then I'm sure the ASRock board will be released by then. It's really the only cheap option, as all the other similar boards are $30-40 more expensive.
