unpack error

I have a friend that has problems unpacking rst file, this message
appears

unzipRST Error 6
File:Flanets4warslot1ETA4.rst

Do you know how to solve it?

posible a few things, but create a folder c:\temp and make sure he has
read/write permission to it.
