I have a case, monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers.
Dont need sound card, ill use motherboard sound.

I didn't see an after market cpu heat sink/cooler in that build. Do you plan on over clocking ? And is this build mainly for gaming ?

Everything up there will work together. It's not a build I would recommend now that the 1155 Sandy Bridge boards are back. The 1155 builds run a whole lot cooler than the 1336 builds, they over clock a whole lot higher, and they run much cooler all while using less power.
