Which cpu will fit foxconn nf4k8ab-rs

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a foxcon nf4k8ab-rs mobo to replace my defunctMSI 7295. Will I be able to use my existing AMD 64 x 2 AM2 socket cpu? Also, would it happily take the 500w cpu? Appreciate any help.
