Hello,
I have sony vaio netbook with windows 7 starter. I was having startup problems with it. it would take a long time for it to get started. I was trying to solve it through windows. There was a window update downloading and the computer was not suppose to turn off but my mistake i moved the computer and since the battery on the back was loose it went dead. i turned the computer back on again the vaio sign comes then the screen is blank except for a little white line blinking on the upper left corner of the screen. nothing else. Please help.when i was trying to fix the startupssue it did say in the help and support that there were drivers and programmes that were causing the computer to run slowly )
