I am about ready to tear my hair out. I haven't recieved any error beeps, but here's my problem:

I installed everything below, started up the computer, my old version of windows on my 1TB drive started up fine, I rebooted from my Windows 7 disc, deleted and formatted my drives, fresh installed Windows, rebooted, got past BIOS screen, then stuck on a black screen with a blinking underscore line in the top left corner.

Then I tried removing some memory, going down to one stick of RAM, now my computer starts with fans moving and all the appropriate lights are on, but absolutely no display. I've tried two different video cards, and even unplugged all drives and external components. No change.

Here's the build I've been working over the past week:

Motherboard
Intel DP43BF
Processor
Intel QX9650
Memory (part number)
CM3X2G1600C9DHX (2x2GB)
Video Card # 1
EVGA 02G-P3-1469-KR GeForce GTX 560 Superclocked Video Card 2GB GDDR5
Hitachi 1TB 7200RPM Sata 3.0Gb/s
Hard Drive # 2
Crucial CT064M4SSD2 m4 2.5" Solid State Drive - 64GB, SATA 6Gb/s
Optical Drive # 1
TSST Corp DVD RW
Case
NZXT H2-001-BK H2 Classic
Power Supply
Ultra LSP 650
Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

My Corsair RAM has 1.8 volts version 1.2 written on it, so perhaps the voltage is causing a problem... I don't know what to do. Should I risk buying new RAM, or should I try to return this motherboard and get something else? It seems like these motherboards are nothing but problems. Any suggestions would be welcome.
