Asus P8Z68/Gen3 Deluxe POST Issue

I have an Asus P8Z68/Gen3 Deluxe Motherboard that I am having troubles getting to run. During POST it looks to go through the steps and eventually stops. The Q-code at the time things able to halt is A2 and the BOOT_DEVICE_LED is RED. In addition, I am not able to view anything on the monitor because it does not detect a signal from the PC. Do you have any suggestions what might be causing boot device and the monitor issues?

Could my issues be from the fact that I am trying to use an ATI X1950XT Viedo Card? Is it compatible with the ASUS P8Z68?
