Hello, I have a Saphire HD 4550 I just installed in an old athlon 64 3500 2.2ghz machine. I have been able to get hardware acceleration to work via MPC HC for h264 .mkv's and have verified with 0% cpu usage during a 1080p Avatar mkv file. I am running the Catalyst control center version 10.12 and cannot figure out how to get H/A working, hulu and youtube HD videos are maxing cpu out at 99% usage. Ihave been googling for hours trying to fix. Any help is greatly appreciated.
