Random blue screens with Gigabyte x58 usb3

First of all tanx in advance for any help.

I have an i7 940 with an x58 usb3 board and 6 gb ram (3x2gb ocz @1333 1.65v). The problem is that im having random blue screens on my pc. sometimes blue screens appear when i start the pc after several hours of inactivity. Or after i run stability tests for a full day without errors. (including prime 95 and memtest). I have checked the socket and there is no bent pins. i have ran prime 95 for long hours (12 hours). When the bsod episodes occur i get like 5 blue screens in a row after several days without any blue screen whatsoever. Today i ran memtest after the blue screens and i got like 50000 errors on the memory. I have f3 bios in my pc, i tried the latest beta bios but is lacking several options (advanced cpu options) so i reinstalled the f3 bios. Maybe is because im running 1.65v ram on a 1.5v dimm? what should i do?

BTW my rams are being detected as 1066@ (i left the rams that way)

Try to run the RAM @ 1.5v

Are all the sticks bad?

tanx for ur reply. i had the voltage set to auto and it was 1.5v but on the current status info the memory voltage read was 1.520v so following your advice i switched from auto to 1.5v to see what happens. ill keep u informed.

i dont really know if the sticks are bad. sometimes i run a flawless memtest run and other times (like today) memtest shows lots of ram errors.

UPDATE:
Yesterday i left the system on from 2:00 pm to 12:30 running memtest ZERO errors. Today when i woke up and turn on the pc more blue screens. Any Toughts?
