BT878 TV card for Windows 7 x64

I have:
- PixelView TVision TVF-8533-D/DF PCI card
- Windows 7 (x64) OS

But I can not found a driver for this combination. Nothink work at all

No W7-x64 drivers, but there are Vista-x64 drivers that "may" work.
