Alright I have had this Alienware Aurora PC since July 27, 2009.

I plan on upgrading the PSU this summer.

My question is: What PSU should I get? I have heard that the wiring is all wacky and I would like an easy to install PSU (I know how to take it out at the moment)

Also, this PSU MUST be at least 850 Watts. My budget is $110.00 USD (I buy from newegg) Also, keep TAX and SHIPPING in mind PLEASE!!!

You need to up your budget slightly to get a decent 850w psu,
I would say
its 119 after the rebate thing you guys get and free 2day shipping
can you list your components for us and you may find you can use a lower rated psu

(GPU) 1GB GTX 460 (Budget is low so i can add another one of these cards)

(CPU) Intel Core i7 930 Quad Core (I overclocked it to 3.32GHz)

(Motherboard) Intel X58 Based ( Don't remember the name of the brand that I got this from)

(RAM) 6GB Triple Channel 1333Mhz DDR3 (Corsair 3x 2GB)

(Hard Drive) 1 Terabyte HDD 7200 RPM

(PSU) Currently it is 525W but I want to add another GTX 460 1GB soooo....

I think you'll be fine with the TX750 to be honest and I saw those at $109 before rebates etc although for the extra few dollars I'd take the 850 for headroom
One thing you could do is put your build into and you can see what you roughly need, and you can also alter it to include your intended new gfx card, see how much that alters things,
If you download cpu-z it can give you more info on your components, motherboard manufacturer/model included, its a handy thing to have

You'll definitely be OK with two 460s on a TX750.
