Rundown:
OCZ 650W Gamexstream(or something like that. probably 5 years old)

Stock CPU cooler
eVGA GTX 460
OCZ 2x4GB gold series DDR3
Lite-On DVD/CD
1x Seagate 1TB x WD 250GB
When I power on the system my two system fans will spin, and my HDD's will spin up, phase_LED lights up green, VGA fan spins lights up green. And it stays like this. CPU fan never spins up, no POST beeps, no picture.
Now with this older PSU I have 2x 4-pin 12v connectors for the CPU. Do I need to connect them both to the board's 8pin bar, and if so does anyone know the exact orientation? The second connector from my PSU has all "rounded" connections, and that doesn't match a section of the bar on the mobo.
I've tried booting the board all by it's lonesome, I've tried reseating the CPU and I've tried moving the RAM around.
