Well you could put a 5770 in a micro atx case quite happily aslong as its got enough cooling, i recently built a mid range gamer with a 5790, this was the case i used which is similar to yours with a huge fan on top blowing air into the case

YAY hey reach for that dremel, me and moto will advise you, plus you can then take pics of your mcase modding/hacking and post them into motos hacking thread.

so which case is it your going to mod again, if you can get pics of the enternal layout it will help you to plan and measure up.
