Hello, I just bought a new computer and I'm trying to get it to boot from USB, so I can install Windows 7. The problem is when I go to change the boot order it doesn't list anything but the hard drive. I've looked everywhere in the BIOS and everything USB is enabled. I cant for the life of me figure it out. The mobo is an Asrock z68 extreme3 gen3. Thank you guys in advance

well the first thing i would check would be a different usb port. try using a 2.0 or a 3.0 port. Then check usb options in bios. usb 2.0 controller enabled, usb 3.0 enabled. try setting the legacy usb on or off. Also, make sure you are using on of the rear i/o panel usb ports. not one of the add on usb headers with a bracket. lastly, make sure the usb drive is working on another computer if you have one. if nothing works, try resetting the bios
