This build is assuming that your on a little bit of a tight budget but it still got alot of muscle. You said you wanted the newest stuff out, and the new Sandy Bridge Intel Core I3 is powerful with lots of new technology, high speed, and a bit of cache it is the most powerful thing in your system.

The motherboard I chose is MSI. MSI makes really well build motherboards that are made to last! Going back to that new technology it is equiped with the newest USB 3.0, and Sata iii running at 6g/s it is going to allow your system to have alot of power.
i chose the graphics card because the GTX 500 series from Nvidia is nvidia's newest series, and the 550 is going to give good graphic intense images no matter what you throw at it.

8 gigs of fast 1600 Mhz DDR3 ram is going to give lots of speed and allow you to leave multiple tabs open with ease.

So this build is completely optional you will need to choose whether you are going to get a dvd or blu-ray drive. You will need to decide whether you want to add an SSD, Cooler for CPU, an operating system, and a better CPU.
