RMA Replacement Advice Please

Hey all,

I need to choose a replacement graphics card for my HIS HD 5770, at a value of 121.99 at Ebuyer.

Not really sure what to go for, do brands of cards make much difference? Should I just get the MSI version? It's the same price

Nah.... I wouldn't go for the 20 pounds more one.... and the 550 Watts will do as long as you don't plan to CF later.....

might not be released in time for you but it's something to think about.

Also, i vote for the gtx 460. i know the radeons look like a better value but i just bought a MSI cyclone gtx 460 and so far it's played everything i've thrown at it at 1920x1080 on max settings (cod: mw2, black ops, Mass Effect 2). A friend has a 5770 and he has to turn down the resolution a bit on blackops and mass effect 2 to get decent frame rates.

A 460 will absolutly kill a 5770 stone dead, £20 extra is worth it for me for the aftermarket cooler.
