Upgrading Intel Intergrated G41

Purpose: To play games such as call of duty 4 on resolutions around 1024x768 with a steady fps

Specs:

Intel Dual Core CPU
3GB RAM
Intel G41
1TB HDD
300W PSU (http://www.bitzotech.com/Pictures/Power_Supplies/B5748L.jpg)

I am currently looking at the GeForce GT 220 (http://www.shop.bt.com/products/pny-geforce-gt-220-1gb-pci-express-hdmi-6CYP.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=product+search) for my low 300W PSU, I am not interested in upgrading my PSU at this moment in time so please do not recommend that.

Monitor res: 1600x1200
Budget: Around £60 GBP

I have also been looking at http://www.amazon.co.uk for new video cards.
