Need parts for cheap

Im looking to get a mobo,cpu w/heatsink,ram,thermal paste and a keyboard.Only
problem i have is that i dont have much money im jobless atm and i need
this all for 105 usd nothing more.....it does not have to be fancy...i would like
new parts please.

My old pc im replacing this for is.
DFI Lanparty amd mobo ( FRIED)
CPU(FRIED)
550watt power supply(good)
LEADTEK 7900gtx(good)
Dvd drive (it does not play dvd,but it does work for cds.)
patriot DDR 2 gb i guess its ok bu not worth anything.....

CPU is boxed so the fan/heaksink,and thermal paste(pad) is included you will have to re-use you 2GB DD2 ram though. hopefully your old case support mATX MB's
