Computer wont turn on

when circuit breaker blows computer shuts off , then i try to turn it on the power supply fan spins green light in back comes on then blue light in front comes on the just seconds it shuts off, then three days later i uplugged all plugs to motherboard and power button plug and put and it came on , but i turned off computer the right way because husband said hewas going use air compressor so stupid me turn computer off now its doing same thing i plugged the cord in and green light comes on blue light comes on power supply spins for second and shuts off , i just need to fix the problem , this happenes to me all the tie normally everytime the famliy blows the circuit breaker and days later the computer does come on after trying and trying to plug it in please help me figure out the problem...
