Computer randomly got a BSOD, now it doesn't want to display anything.

I was playing a game with a couple of friends and all of a sudden I get a BSOD and I try restarting it by holding the power button, but it doesn't display anything. I also don't get the beep when the computer normally starts, so I'm guessing it's the motherboard.

I doubt it's the GPU since it's fans run fine.

The computer has been running fine before. Any suggestions?

Update: Managed to fix itself by just removing the ram and placing it back. :S

Could it be because it was overheated or what?

Yes you could have overheated your system. How many case fans do you have? How big is your cpu fan?

when was the last time you dust it up and like boone145 write how many fans in case do you have a good air flow
