what would be the main diffrences between theses two boards.

ASUS P8Z68-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z68

VS

ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68

Note both the "Overview" and "Specifications" tabs. Basically it boils down to level of features. Quality is the same. You just need to decide if you need/want the extra features of the higher end board.

Not 100% sure but the LE bios may be a bit more limited than the Pro, in addition to the feature differences.
